Case Study: The Boost of
Diconium

Background

Diconium, a digital solutions' trailblazer, aimed to fortify their team by hiring for 12 vital roles. They required a recruitment partner who could comprehend their distinct needs, provide top-tier candidates fitting their culture and expectations, and aid in refining their recruiting processes and prioritizing tasks.

Challenge

Filling diverse roles was a complex task for Diconium, necessitating a deep comprehension of the roles, the industry, and the company culture. The team, already overloaded, found it challenging to allot time for active sourcing, prescreening, and scheduling candidates.

Solution

PressForward provided a bespoke solution to Diconium. Our remote Interim-Recruiter devoted 40 hours weekly for 3 months, focusing on all 12 roles. We employed effective tactics to source the ideal fit for each role, conducting active sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling, and prescreen interviews. We also shared a strategic roadmap for hiring process improvement and emphasized the significance of prioritization.

Results

Over 3 months, we sourced 1258 highly-qualified candidates, conducting successful prescreen interviews with 72 of them. All candidates perfectly matched Diconium's requirements in skills, area, language proficiency, culture, and enthusiasm to join.

Diconium hired 11 candidates from our pool, at a cost-per-hire of €4363, significantly lower than the average €10,200 for an in-house recruiter*. Our active sourcing strategy garnered a commendable response rate of 56%, validating our expertise and methods. We enhanced Diconium's benefits, attracting quality candidates and speeding up their hiring process by 32%.
